The screening application is to be filled out by anyone interested in purchasing, renting or occupying a unit for a period to excend one month, exception of February. All information provided to the Lakeshore HOA office is kept secure and confidential.
A disclosure summary must be signed and presented with each application for purchase. These should also be included at the closing.
This is the basic rules and regulations provided to homeowners and renters.

An application for any changes to a villa or grounds is to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the Architectural Review Board for the approval prior to any construction or changes are commenced.
