The screening application is to be filled out by anyone interested in purchasing, renting or occupying a unit for a period to excend one month, exception of February.  All information provided to the Lakeshore HOA office is kept secure and confidential.

An application for any changes to a villa or grounds is to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the Architectural Review Board for the approval prior to any construction or changes are commenced.
